SWAT Raids on "Suspected Protesters"

This will become more relevant next semester when we study the 4th Amendment, but: what do you think of this?

"Suspected Protestors"

??

Suspect - One who is suspected, especially of having committed a crime.

Protestor - an expression or declaration of objection, disapproval, or dissent, often in opposition to something a person is powerless to prevent or avoid

First Amendment - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Although the author is obviously coming from a liberal perspective, (his books) and the kids were going to protest against/during the GOP Convention, I see no reason that such force was needed...
